“The order would require that on or earlier than September 27, 2021, all state staff and state hospital staff be absolutely vaccinated or have obtained the primary dose and have both obtained a second dose or have an appointment for the second dose in a two-dose sequence, topic to medical and spiritual exemptions,” the Lamont administration wrote in a letter to union leaders.
