Police in hazmat fits had been filmed grabbing screaming Shanghai residents in a video circulated on Chinese language social media on Thursday. Customers of the Chinese language microblogging web site Weibo claimed that native authorities had determined to take over a number of residential buildings in Zhangjiang county in Pudong district to quarantine Covid sufferers.
