HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — An Horry County girl who’s accused of homicide desires her bond situations to be modified to permit her to journey to North Carolina to assist transform a church together with her employer, based on paperwork obtained by News13.
Meagan Jackson is requesting to be allowed to quickly journey from Horry County to Whiteville, North Carolina, the place her attorneys say she’s wanted as an “outdoors contractor” for transforming a church, based on the paperwork.
The modification to the bond situations would expire when the venture is accomplished or if her employment is terminated, based on the paperwork. The paperwork state all different present situations of the bond would stay in place.
The matter is scheduled to be heard in court docket Nov. 10, based on the Horry County Clerk of Courtroom and on-line court docket data.
Jackson and former Horry County Deputy Coroner Christopher Dontell are accused of murdering Gregory Vincent Rice, who was reported lacking Oct. 5, 2020 and was final believed to have been heard from on Oct. 2, 2020. On the time, Rice was thought-about lacking, not endangered.
